Social Media Implications for High Dominance 

These competitive, results-oriented people use social media as a tool for achieving goals.  This only occurs if the person understands how this tool can make a difference – something more likely with younger people.  Beyond the impact of a person’s age they will leverage social media if they compete in a business, region or demographic segment where social media drives in-market change. 

Leadership Strategies for High Dominance People with Social Media 

  • A change-agent effectively wielding powerful new tools with market disrupting potential has awesome potential. 
  • Align these people with organizational goals (the importance of this alignment cannot be overstated) and set them loose!
  • Monitor progress with minimal oversight and redirect only when absolutely necessary.
